For the remainder of the day, participants will collaborate in small teams to develop concise evaluation plans. These will be presented to the Kirkpatrick Leaders at the conclusion of the session. Although team members will initially work on their individual drafts, each group will select one evaluation plan to showcase. While traditional evaluation plans may take longer to assemble, the objective today is to initiate the process of thinking about how to construct a blended evaluation plan for your organization, leaving you with actionable tips and tricks you can begin implementing into your organization as soon as you get back to the office. The plans being presented at the end of the day will serve more as outlines, guiding the development of comprehensive strategies. To facilitate this process, each team will engage in structured sessions focusing on Level 4, Level 3, and Levels 1 and 2 of the Kirkpatrick Model to prepare for their presentations. |
